**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least a High School diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 1 year call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
* Minimum of 2 years computer experience in a work environment, with proficiency in multiple software applications and systems.
* Tech support experience is strongly preferred, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
