We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative – Data Information Processor to join our team. This role involves administering the acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders, processing these assignments, managing the completion of services, and facilitating the release of lender assets upon service execution. The successful candidate will process client/agent requests, manage high call volumes, and work effectively within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly. They will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple systems and screens without distraction. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
