Job Summary We're hiring for a Customer Service Representative to work in our remote location, with immediate commencement available. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a clean and well-stocked store environment, and maintaining a safe and secure shopping experience. Principle Duties and Responsibilities - Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive shopping experience. - Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. - Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, ensuring that products are easily accessible and visible to customers. - Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures. - Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other tasks as needed. Position Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Education and Experience - Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned. - Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Physical Requirements - Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height, with or without reasonable accommodation. - Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Availability and Schedule - Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Skills and Competencies - Customer Focus: ability to understand and meet the needs of customers, providing a positive and approachable shopping experience. - Developing Potential: ability to learn and grow with arenaflex, taking on new challenges and responsibilities as needed. - Results Driven: ability to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Strong Organizational Skills: ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. - Communication Skills: ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing. - Problem Solving/Decision Making: ability to think critically and make sound decisions, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Job Knowledge: ability to understand and apply arenaflex's policies, procedures, and protocols, including safety procedures and protocols. - Relationship Management: ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and management, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
