**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
* Going above and beyond to wow our customers and provide exceptional service
* Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while providing solutions to customers
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
* Ability to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license
