About the Role

arenaflex is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team based out of our Dallas, Texas facility. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this critical role will be responsible for handling all customer product inquiries and orders, as well as following up with customers in a prompt and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or electrical customer service environment.
