We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Service Department team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting our customers throughout the service and repair process, and ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. You'll need to be accountable to the Associate 1 Competency Model, executing Retail Service Standardized Work and Voice of Customer (VoC) processes with precision and dedication. Intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet knowledge, are also essential, as well as the ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain proper records.
While not essential, preferred qualifications include experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. You'll need to be able to demonstrate above-average communication skills, with the ability to speak and listen effectively when dealing with customers and associates, both in person and over the phone. A strong commitment to ongoing learning and development is also essential, with a willingness to stay current in arenaflex-provided training in all areas of the Service process.
