Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write, spell, and read English fluently
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Windows-based computer systems
- Ability to pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

- Dual monitors and a Windows desktop or laptop for remote work
- Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work day, evening, and morning shifts, as well as weekends

- Allowed network ports in the range 40,000 to 65,535, with outbound firewall UDP port 5080 open for SIP signaling and UDP port 5060 open for the SIP softphone
