- Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding medication coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment (e.g., call center, retail, customer support, hospitality industry, military experience)
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Ability to work in a flexible, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines

- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
