* Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.

* Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business, helping to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
* Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.

* Minimum two years of admin experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
