Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years or older
- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Be able to work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed
- Be able to maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule
- Have strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm
- Have excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of expertise in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Be courteous, friendly, and professional, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- Have strong time management skills and be able to multitask applications while talking to customers on the phone
- Have 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
