Job Summary arenaflex is urgently hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, answering their questions and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Work from home with flexible hours, setting your own schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday. - Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their expectations. - Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure that customers receive the best possible support. - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are always up-to-date on the latest products and services. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handle time. Compensation and Benefits As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive salary, plus a range of benefits and incentives, including: - A competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour. - A $310 certification bonus for completing our fast 20-hour certification program. - A $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost, available from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available, subject to a minimum of 8 hours per day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th. - A flexible schedule, allowing you to work from home and set your own hours, subject to a minimum of 30 hours per week. - Ongoing training and development opportunities, ensuring that you are always up-to-date on the latest products and services. - The support of a dedicated team, including SMEs and MPS, to help you succeed in your role.
