Key Responsibilities

• Take phone orders with a friendly and courteous attitude, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated.
• Assist customers in understanding their needs, providing personalized recommendations, and answering questions about our menu.
• Deliver a great service experience for every customer, whether over the phone or face-to-face, by being knowledgeable about our offerings and providing excellent customer service.
• Work effectively in a team environment or independently, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Perform various daily assignments, adapting to the changing needs of the business.
• Maintain a positive and "can-do" attitude, even in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of one year of prior restaurant experience or previous customer service/phone experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
