Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between customers and blithequark, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
• Assist with EDI data entry, including complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancellations.
• Process purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notifications, and invoicing systems for all EDI orders.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and Account Managers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Process incoming problem tickets from Distributor and Direct Customers, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• At least 2 years of experience working in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience working with EDI orders, including processing and data entry.
• Experience with order processing, including purchase orders and invoicing systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
