About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and chat messages promptly, accurately, and courteously, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Track orders efficiently and accurately, providing timely updates to customers
- Recognize and respond to cross-sell opportunities, promoting our products and services to customers
- Resolve customer service problems promptly and accurately, within company guidelines, and in a manner designed to retain and promote customer loyalty
- Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Have a dedicated office/space with a computer, 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset
- Be willing to work 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time
- Have at least 6 months of experience working remotely
- Have at least two years of experience working in a customer service position, providing support through email, calls, chat, and social media
- Have 1 year of experience working with Zendesk or a customer service ticketing system
- Have strong computer skills and strong data-entry/keyboard skills
- Have experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and more
- Be willing to work overtime hours and weekends during holiday seasons
- Be able to effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing (bi-lingual is a plus)
- Have the ability to manage and resolve conflict quickly and professionally
- Be highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
- Have a high school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Have a customer-first mindset, which is measured through customer experience feedback
