As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for serving our customers over the telephone in a call-center environment. Our accredited Customer Service Representative (CSR) training program will fully prepare you for this role, and you will have the opportunity to work with a live trainer in small class sizes. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a background and drug screen. You should also have strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, integrity, and values.
