As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from various stakeholders, including REALTORS®, technicians, and homeowners. Your primary objective will be to provide top-notch customer service, making determinations on appliances, and filing claims within our terms and conditions. With no outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls, you can focus on what matters most – delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Our extensive paid training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in your role. With a live trainer and small class sizes, you'll receive personalized attention and support to ensure you're fully prepared to excel in your position. The training program will run from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks.
