Key Responsibilities of the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) working from home, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support, helping customers resolve technical issues and addressing their healthcare-related concerns.
- Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs, maintaining a strong customer focus.
- Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member.
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently and deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
- Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns, providing a positive and welcoming experience to members.
Your Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
- A verifiable High School diploma or GED.
- Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence.
