**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction. You'll work closely with our experienced team to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
* Resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
* Maintain accurate records, including customer information, service requests, and payment details
* Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely completion of services
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including HVAC systems and related technologies
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring 100% satisfaction with every interaction
* Work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere
* Manage your time well, prioritizing multiple tasks effectively and meeting deadlines
**Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years of customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience
* Intermediate knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
* Excellent grammar and writing skills
* Great phone skills are required!
* Light Sales experience a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Customer service skills
* Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
* HVAC office experience a plus but not required
* Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!
