**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining standard call volume as outlined in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Engaging in outbound calling when inbound call volume is low to maximize opportunities
* Assisting in achieving company and department KPIs
* Participating in training and utilizing tools and resources for professional growth
* Addressing customer concerns effectively, involving management as necessary
**What We're Looking For (Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred but not required)
