You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications * Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners * Ensure accurate PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry, pushing back on incorrect or subpar data * Validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases * Develop creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals * Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken * Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process * Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales * Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies * Support Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED * Two (2) years' relevant work experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as an account representative * Familiarity with Oracle **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in data entry and accuracy * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Familiarity with EDI platforms and PO entry **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
