Your primary goal will be to achieve excellent customer service, which will drive sustainable business growth. Your specific duties and responsibilities will include: * Responding to all phone and email inquiries from customers and internal teams * Opening service requests and sales orders for contract parts, returned parts, and projects * Managing telephone and email enquiries, reviewing open service requests, and bringing them to a satisfactory closure within a timely manner * Helping to manage new machine installations, moves, and decommissions * Ensuring all project information is updated in Salesforce * Managing quotes being sent to customers and processing them through to the Order Entry team for order creation * Ensuring parts are shipped ready to meet field technicians' needs * Keeping customers regularly informed of service request progress * Coordinating repairs and technical support with field personnel and scheduling workload accordingly **Education & Experience** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Proven experience as a call center representative or similar position * Experience in customer service is essential * Proficient in English; good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus * Working knowledge of MS Office * Ability to work under pressure * Ability to work independently and multi-task **Position Details** * Pay rate/range: $18-$23 per hour * The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, location, travel required, and current market conditions. **Benefits (Regular, Full-Time Employees)** * Medical, Dental, and Vision offerings * Weekly Direct Deposit * Paid Holidays and Personal Time Off * 401(k) with match * Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short/Long Term Disability, plus other voluntary coverages * Pre-Paid Legal and Employee Assistance Programs * Northwest Federal Credit Union Membership * BB& Program **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
