Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling Customer Inquiries: Excel at handling customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and support to customers
- Active Listening: Leverage probing question skills to understand customer needs and concerns
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Managing Objections: Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Providing Exceptional Service: Deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers, ensuring a positive experience
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
- Problem-Solving Skills: Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of success
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required
Requirements to Work from Home
To work from home as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:
- Quiet and Distraction-Free Workspace: A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Excellent Internet Connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
- In-House Network and Hard-Wired Internet Connection: In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- Smartphone: A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
