- Work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, as the Medicare department operates 7 days a week.

Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, handling inbound calls.
- Excellent customer-focused competencies, with a strong ability to empathize with customers and resolve their issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information over the phone.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to score 80% or above on the eSkills test.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, coupled with at least 2 years of customer service or call center experience.
- Experience within the healthcare industry, particularly in Medicare services.
- Previous experience handling inbound calls in a call center environment.
- A medical background is considered advantageous.
