Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix + Webhelp, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support to resolve technical issues and address customer concerns
- Assisting customers with billing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilizing strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills to efficiently resolve customer issues
- Working various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- The ability to work within a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta site
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and customer-focused attitude
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other CX technologies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
