Key Responsibilities
- Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience that showcases our Judgement Free Zone philosophy.
- Handle front desk related tasks, including answering phone calls, taking info calls and tours, and assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.
- Facilitate member services issues and questions, and forward to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed.
- Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, ensuring that our facilities are always welcoming and well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, exceeding their wants and needs and creating a positive experience that drives loyalty and retention.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift, with the ability to move around the club and engage with our members and guests.
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time, with the ability to assist with light housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed.
