**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing a special and beautiful customer experience by modeling and delivering excellent customer service skills
* Registering sales on assigned cash register and offering customers courteous, friendly, fast, and green checkout services
* Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and providing help with products and services
* Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a fantastic customer experience
* Recommending products to customers and promoting trade-up and/or associate products
* Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash, and distributing change as requested
* Keeping counters and cabinets clean and well-merchandised, taking inventory, and keeping records
* Implementing Company asset protection methods to prevent and reduce shrinkage
* Ensuring compliance with national and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
* Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, high-quality structures, and sale products
* Assisting with the separation of food products (e.g., raw food from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by regulations/methods
* Providing customer service in the photo area, including the virtual passport photo service, poster print, and innovative machine
* Assisting with outside and indoor renovation by ensuring the clean, neat, and orderly store environment and appearance
* Complying with all company regulations and methods; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
* Completing unique assignments and other duties as assigned
**Training & Personal Development**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to:
* Attend education and complete PPLs (Product, People, and Location) as required by the Manager or assigned by corporate
* Develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and product knowledge

**Basic Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
* Previous work experience with arenaflex
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

**Compensation & Benefits**
