About the Role: Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

- 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with knowledge of call center software and technology
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
- Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations
