About the Role
We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Live in Georgia, as this is a requirement for the position
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment
- Experience working with customers in a variety of industries, including healthcare, finance, and technology
