**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your main responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Capturing information and entering data into our customer service database in a timely and accurate manner
* Operating our customer service database and reading relevant call-handling instructions to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Relaying messages and routing calls to the appropriate resources to ensure efficient and effective customer service
* Following up on calls and performing clerical duties as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
* Providing personalized customer service at the highest level, dedicating your work time to delivering exceptional results
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Education:** High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* **Clearance:** Ability to pass a criminal background check
* **Competencies:**
+ Reliable internet connection and attendance
+ Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
+ Basic computer navigation skills
+ Quick and correct typing - ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors

* **Skills/Knowledge:**
+ Previous call center experience preferred
+ Previous customer service experience
+ Utilities customer service experience preferred
+ Medical office setting customer service experience preferred
**Position Details:**
* **Full-Time remote position:** We are seeking candidates who live 50 miles or more outside the Houston area, with a preference for candidates from Texas, Tennessee, and Nevada.
* **Interview process:** Interviews will be conducted in a group setting with other candidates, virtually (Google Meets) - Central Time.
* **Pay:** $13.50 - $16.50/hr, with bilingual candidates eligible for $14.50 - $17.50/hr.
* **Training Details:**
+ The training will be for 2 weeks and will also take place on the weekends.
+ Remote training will be done ONLINE - Central Time.
+ Week 1 – Monday through Friday
+ Week 2 – Monday through Thursday + Saturday or Sunday
* **Work Schedule & Requirements:**
+ Your work schedule availability will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager.
+ 40 hour week shifts will cover anywhere from 7AM to 10PM - Central Time.
+ It will be 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday.
+ Weekends are mandatory.
+ Proof of adequate internet speed, a room free of background noise, ability to adhere to the Attendance Policy & maintaining KPI scores high is required.
