Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and self-service platforms. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional support, addressing a wide range of inquiries, from billing and proration to service changes, cancellations, and missed service issues. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will be expected to handle 60-80 contacts daily, utilizing multiple applications, knowledge bases, tools, and calculators to research and resolve customer queries efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited) and at least one year of previous customer service experience. As a remote worker, you will require a reasonable degree of technical aptitude to set up and maintain blithequark-assigned equipment, as well as a private workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 50mbs download and 10mbs upload) and the ability to physically connect your computer to the modem or router.

The expected salary range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00, with the specific salary offered influenced by factors such as relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
