**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* **Dedicated Workspace**: Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace that meets arenaflex's requirements.
* **Personal Computer**: Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period.
* **Commitment to Training**: Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period, ensuring that you're fully prepared to excel in your role.
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
* **Previous Customer Support Experience**: Have previous experience in a customer support or technical support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
