As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our store partners and customers through various communication channels. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Answering incoming calls from store partners and customers in a timely and professional manner
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Documenting customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats, in a clear and concise manner
* Conducting basic research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
* Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a dynamic environment
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Adhering to blithequark's policies, procedures, and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
