**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your main responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with specific requests and inquiries
* Capturing information and entering data into our customer service database in a timely manner
* Operating our customer service database and reading relevant call-handling instructions
* Relaying messages and routing calls to the appropriate resources
* Following up on customer calls with clerical duties and liaising with other departments
* Providing personalized customer service at the highest level
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Clearance: Ability to pass a criminal background check
* Competencies:
+ Reliable internet connection and attendance
+ Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette

**Skills and Knowledge**
While previous call center experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with previous customer service experience. Utilities customer service experience and medical office setting customer service experience are also highly valued.
**Position Details**
* Full-Time remote position
* REMOTE (ONLY for candidates who live 50 miles or more outside the Houston area. Accepting applications from the following states: Texas, Tennessee, and Nevada)
* Interview process: Interviews will be conducted in a group setting with other candidates, virtually (Google Meets) - Central Time
* Pay:
+ $13.50 - $16.50/hr.
+ Bilingual $14.50 - $17.50/hr.
* Training Details:
+ The training will be for 2 weeks and will also take place on the weekends.
+ Remote training will be done ONLINE - Central Time.
+ Week 1 Monday through Friday
+ Week 2 Monday through Thursday + Saturday or Sunday
* Work Schedule & Requirements:
+ Your work schedule availability will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager.
+ 40 hour week shifts will cover anywhere from 7AM to 10PM - Central Time.
+ It will be 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday.
+ Weekends are mandatory.
+ Proof of adequate internet speed, a room free of background noise, ability to adhere to the Attendance Policy & maintaining KPI scores high is required.
