**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including:
+ Child-related issues (individuals with children 18 years or younger)
+ Cell phone usage (Apple, Android, or Windows, prepaid or contract)
+ Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games)
+ Food preferences (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining)
+ Sports (casual viewers and die-hard fans)
+ Electronics (device preferences and usage)
+ Pets (animal lovers needed, including dogs, cats, and other pets)
+ Automobiles (vehicle ownership, leasing, or payments)
* Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participating by completing written and oral instructions
* Completing written surveys provided for each panel
* MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meeting date
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
* No prior experience is required, but you must be able to work independently
