**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding client expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
* Prepare and process tickets, admissions, and other travel documents to ensure client needs are met

**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, business administration)

* Proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
* Ability to work with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and handle luggage, and travel to different countries for training
* Willingness to work any shift assigned, including late evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
* Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
* Ability to meet organization participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
* Hold a valid visa and U.S. visa
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, travel, or hospitality
* Four-year degree in a relevant field
