Job Overview: Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This remote opportunity allows you to work from anywhere in Puerto Rico, providing the flexibility and work-life balance that many professionals desire. In this role, you'll be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while also collaborating with internal teams to drive process improvements and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support tickets, answering questions and resolving issues related to existing orders, while providing personalized support and solutions.
• Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and guide new customers through the online ordering process.
• Respond to emails and address queries from customers, internal departments, and process servers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Document issues in Confluence, maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements.
• Visit court dockets to gather information on case filing and occasionally pull filed papers, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED, combined with 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as PDF Editor and phone systems.
• Document manipulation experience, with the ability to accurately review and process documents.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• The capacity to transcribe information, investigate issues, and implement solutions, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining a high level of work product in often stressful situations.
• A proactive approach to anticipating issues and circumventing them, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A typing speed of at least 55 wpm, ensuring efficient and accurate data entry.
