**Responsibilities:**

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues.
- Provide information about arenaflex services and policies.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
