**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound phone calls to educate and answer customer questions regarding their warranty
* Providing world-class customer service by navigating complex customer interactions and managing conflict in a fast-paced call center environment
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

**Essential Qualifications**
