**Position Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our child support client stakeholders. You'll be responsible for receiving calls, categorizing them according to our Standard Operating Procedures, and documenting customer interactions. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to resolve customer complaints and provide solutions that meet their needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive and respond to customer calls in a timely and professional manner
* Categorize calls according to our Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
* Document customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
* Resolve customer complaints and provide alternative solutions
* Gather customer information, assess needs, and educate customers where applicable
* Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least one year of prior experience in customer service, call center, service delivery, or related fields
* Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
