Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders and modifications, and escalating issues across multiple communication channels. Your ability to remain calm and composed in the face of frustrated customers, combined with your experience working with computers, will serve you well in this role.

Training and Onboarding

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of virtual training, which will take place between the hours of 8-5 CST. This comprehensive training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role, with a focus on our products, services, and customer service procedures. After completing your training, you will be assigned a permanent schedule, which will be Monday-Friday, with hours that can start as early as 7 am CST and end as late as 7 pm CST.
