- Act as the company contact for customer returned Airborne/Warranty parts, adhering to established guidelines and ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Provide back-up relief for the company’s receptionist and alternate coverage for job duties when other departmental co-workers are not present, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
- Complete tasks promptly, ensuring that output generally meets or exceeds expectations, and produce work that is accurate and rarely contains errors.
- Conduct oneself in a business-like and respectful manner, maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Adapt productively to changes and perform other essential tasks as assigned, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests, ensuring that customers are informed and supported throughout the sales process.

- Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction.
