**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
* Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional customer service standards
* Developing leadership skills through training and mentorship programs
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calling
* Set appointments and conduct presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records using basic computer knowledge
* Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional customer service standards

**Essential Qualifications**
* Good verbal communication skills
