We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division at arenaflex. As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, balancing your priorities in and outside of work while delivering exceptional service to our millions of plan members. You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to provide personalized support, helping our members better understand their coverage and options, and simplifying their health care experience.
