Job Overview

- Meet our high-performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction targets and achieving client support proficiency metrics
- Professionally connect with clients, building relationships and providing personalized support to ensure their needs are met
- Listen effectively and show empathy, using your problem-solving skills to resolve client concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs
- De-escalate client concerns, using your peace-promoting skills to align the needs of the client with the options available from the business
- Be educated and adaptable, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and separate orders to quickly answer questions and provide solutions
- Raise foundational issues, identifying areas where improvement is needed and offering suggestions to leadership to continuously improve our service
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be able to read, write, and understand Spanish and English
- Have knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
- Be available to attend our 100% mandatory training program, which cannot be missed or rescheduled
