You will also need to have a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 3 Mbps and upload speed of 1 Mbps, as well as a physical cable plug-in (ethernet) connection.
While not required, having previous experience in customer service or a related field can be an asset in this role. Additionally, having a strong understanding of the travel industry and blithequark's brands and services can be beneficial in providing exceptional customer experiences.
