Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services.
• Upsell products or services when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven call center experience, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Entry-level network troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up a home Wi-Fi network, set up and configure a router or switch, and core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
• Minimum of 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Internet Requirements:
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps.
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 5.0 Mbps.
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN.
  • Proof of internet speed required.
• Clean and quiet workspace.
