blithequark's Caremark Member Operations division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the San Antonio, TX area. We are looking for individuals who are interested in a flexible work schedule and are committed to delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, and you will receive the necessary training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.
