We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers, technicians, and internal teams. If you're a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting remote opportunity. **Job Summary:** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team.
