**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex to upgrade or resubscribe their services
* Utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems to deliver sales results that meet client performance objectives
* Delivering productivity results that meet client performance objectives, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy
* Adhering to standard contact procedures and building relationships with customers to overcome objections and drive sales growth
* Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Must be a North Carolina resident
* Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
* Sales, call center, upselling, retail sales, or customer service experience (highly preferred)
* Professional vocabulary
* Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
* Assertive and quick thinking
* Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
* Prior work-from-home call center experience (a plus!)
