**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist I at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and trouble tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
* Actively investigating and resolving software and hardware problems for users, documenting customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system (Zendesk).
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical issues when necessary.
* Documenting customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system (Zendesk).
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical support or help desk environment.
* Prior experience working with a ticketing system or CRM, such as Zendesk.
* Technical background and troubleshooting experience.
* Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries and issues.
* Self-motivation with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Reliable internet connection.
**Nice to Have's**
While not essential, the following qualifications will be beneficial:
* Experience working with a ticketing system or CRM.
* Technical background.

**Compensation**
The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $21 - $23/per hour and is overtime eligible.
